Exchange Policy
Ronika Cash for Gold accepts exchange as long as items comply with our exchange policy. Items must be in the same conditions as described on the product page. We can only honor exchanges through the following process.

  1. No refund for any item will be given
  2. Item must be brought back within 5 business days
  3. Item must not be used and with product tag
  4. Item that is brought back must be in same condition as bought
  5. Customer will receive store credit or exchange for another product
    Customer must bring the receipt for the product that they have bought.
